Domain name scams
I have been around long enough to have seen a few pretty clever domain
name scams. One of my favourites was the Domain registry of America
(or a name similar to that) who sent domain name owners advertising in
the mail that looked just like an invoice. Concerned website owners
would eagerly fill out the form and post their cheque to make sure
they didn't lose their domain name - of course the...

seo.co.nz for sale
seo.co.nz is currently for sale. It's been quietly doing it's thing
for the last few years, and the owners (Intersect) are putting it on
the market, available to the highest bidder.
Of course, I considered making an offer.

However, I then got to thinking why I might want such a domain name.

Alternative domains not in Google
A customer has just brought to my attention a problem that hadn't
occured to me. It's to do with all those other domain names you own
and are 301ing to the main site.

Burned over $16
A client and I have just been burned by a combination of things that
