I had planned on going to Webstock this year - Wellington's big web event of the year. Webstock is featuring some pretty flash names in the web industry - Molly Holzschlag, Sam Morgan, Jill Whalen, Simon Willison and other great speakers.Insteak, I thought I'd rather go to Wellington and listen to Ozzy Osbourne, Kiss, Alice Cooper, Poison and Whitesnake at the ROCK2WGTN concert in March.
There's only room in the schedule and budget for one trip to Wellington this quarter, so I'm sticking with my roots.
CSS, SEO and web standards are going to be around for a while, but Ozzy Osbourne probably isn't.

Hehe.
My Girlfriend (now wife) bought my the "Blizzard of Ozz" guitar tablature book for my birthday shortly after we started going out. She obviously thought because I could play guitar, and loved listening to Ozzy that it would be a perfect present.
Unfortunately, comparing my guitar skills to those of the legendary Randy Rhoads is like comparing a fart with a nuke. I managed to get the one accoustic track sounding good, but the rest was well over my head. The book is still sitting in the garage, waiting paitently for my mid-life crisis in about 10 years time :)
